Un grand thé de Chine originaire de la province du Zhejiang sur la côte orientale. Également appelé “Long Jing”, ce thé a la particularité d’être séché dans une grande poêle qui lui donne son nom de “puits du Dragon” avant que les feuilles ne soient roulées dans le sens de la longueur. Ce thé a une saveur riche et très parfumée en tasse qui lui donne un profil unique.
