Woojeon FOP (Jeju, Corée du Sud) — Premier thé de printemps coréen, récolté très tôt (avant Gogu, fin avril) sur l’île de Jeju, au sud du pays. Feuilles fines de grade FOP (bourgeons + jeunes feuilles) travaillées en douceur, sans torréfaction au wok, pour préserver une expression très pure.
En tasse : verdeur tendre (jeunes pousses, courgette), umami subtil (nori), nuances de châtaigne/pignon et une touche florale discrète. Bouche soyeuse, amertume quasi absente, finale nette et légèrement minérale — un équilibre délicat entre douceur et fraîcheur.
Conseils d’infusion : 70–75 °C · 2–3 min · 2 g/100 ml (réinfusable 2–3 fois).
